Advanced Consensus coordinates precision diagnostics testing on behalf of physicians and institutions. This page explains how we select tests, handle clinical data, and protect the privacy of those we serve.

Clinical quality

Our quality framework

AC is a coordination layer, not a laboratory. Our quality commitment is to ensure the right test reaches the right partner laboratory — and that the result reaches the physician in a useful, accurate, and timely format.

Curated test selection

AC does not list every assay available in the market. The test menu reflects assays that meet clinical utility thresholds for the indications listed — selected based on the partner laboratory's validation data, published evidence, and clinical consensus.

Reference laboratory standards

Testing is performed by internationally accredited reference laboratories. Accreditations and quality certifications are held by the partner laboratories, not by AC. Specific documentation is available on request for institutional clients.

Clinical report review

Reports from partner laboratories are reviewed before delivery to ensure completeness, correct patient identification, and alignment with the clinical question. Complex or unexpected results may prompt clinical follow-up before release.

Secure data handling

Clinical data — including patient identifiers, specimen information, and test results — is handled through secure, access-controlled channels. This website is not used for transmitting clinical data or patient-identifiable information.

Privacy

How we handle data

We take seriously our responsibility to protect the privacy of patients, physicians, and institutional clients.

Website data

This website uses Vercel Analytics for aggregate, anonymized usage statistics. No personally identifiable visitor data is collected or sold. Cookie use is limited to functional session data.

Contact form

Information submitted through the contact form is used solely to respond to the inquiry. Do not include patient names, national IDs, medical record numbers, or test results in this form. Clinical inquiries involving identifiable patients should be handled through approved clinical channels.

Clinical data

Patient-identifiable information related to test orders is handled through the AC client portal and secure transfer protocols. Only the minimum data necessary for test ordering, logistics, and result delivery is processed. Data is not shared with third parties beyond the reference laboratory handling the specific test.

Data retention

Inquiry data from this website is retained only as long as necessary to respond to and resolve the inquiry. Clinical order data retention follows applicable regulations and agreed institutional policies.

Data protection

Cross-border data handling & PDPL alignment

Advanced Consensus coordinates testing with internationally accredited reference laboratories outside Jordan. This section explains how specimens and data move, how consent is handled, and how our practices are designed to align with Jordan's Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).

Cross-border specimen & data flow

To perform advanced testing, specimens and the minimum personal data necessary for testing, logistics, and reporting are transferred to internationally accredited reference laboratories located outside Jordan. Only the data required for the specific test is shared, and it is not used for purposes beyond delivering and reporting that test.

Consent for testing & transfer

Testing is ordered by a physician with appropriate patient consent obtained before specimens are sent. Consent covers the cross-border transfer of the specimen and associated data for the purpose of performing the requested test. Patient-identifiable information is never collected through this website.

Alignment with Jordan's PDPL

AC's handling of personal data is designed to align with the principles of Jordan's Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) — including lawful basis, data minimization, purpose limitation, and appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers. Data processing agreements and specific safeguards are available to institutional clients on request.
