The process
Five steps from question to report

Identify the clinical question
Start with the clinical question, not the test name. What diagnosis are you confirming, ruling out, or guiding treatment for? Our test menu is organized by indication to help match the question to the right assay.

Contact AC
Reach us via the contact form, email, WhatsApp, or the physician portal. Include the clinical indication, preferred specimen type (if known), and any urgency. We'll confirm the right test and logistics within one business day.

Receive a test request form
AC provides a completed test request form with the reference laboratory details, specimen requirements, and a shipment label or courier instructions. For portal users, this step is handled digitally.

Collect and ship the sample
Collect the specimen according to the provided instructions. AC coordinates pickup with the courier where available, or provides packaging and shipping guidelines for self-arranged shipment.

Receive the report
Reports are delivered through the physician portal or by secure email, depending on account setup. Typical turnaround times are indicated per test in the test menu. AC reviews reports for completeness before delivery and is available to discuss findings.

Turnaround varies by assay. Use the estimate on the individual test page and confirm the total timeline before collection. Estimates include transport from Jordan where stated; the collection date, transport route and laboratory acceptance can affect the reporting date. For Palestine, Iraq and Syria, confirm the route-specific estimate with AC.

Ordering FAQs
Do I need to be registered to order?
First-time orders can be arranged via the contact form. For ongoing ordering, a portal account speeds up the process and gives access to digital request forms and result history.
Can I order for a patient outside Jordan?
Yes. AC coordinates testing for patients and institutions in Jordan, Palestine, Iraq and Syria. Specimen shipping requirements and logistics vary by country — contact us to discuss your specific situation.
What if I'm not sure which test to order?
Send us the clinical question. We can help identify the most appropriate testing pathway and, where multiple options exist, explain the trade-offs in coverage, turnaround time, and cost.
How are results delivered?
Results are delivered through the secure physician portal by default, or via encrypted email for accounts without portal access. Results are never sent to patients directly — they are delivered to the ordering physician.
